If it's on a roof, we've almost certainly fixed it. The jobs we see most across Crawley and the surrounding towns are slipped or cracked tiles, leaking valleys, failed flashing around chimneys, cracked ridge and hip mortar, and storm damage after a rough night off the Channel.

- Flashing and leadwork — around chimneys, dormers and abutments, where most leaks begin.

Repair or replace? An honest answer
Here's our rule of thumb, and we'll say it to your face: if less than a quarter of the roof is causing trouble and the timbers underneath are sound, repair it. A well-done repair on a structurally healthy roof can buy you ten more years.
If tiles are failing across the whole roof, the felt underneath has perished, or you're calling a roofer every winter, patching becomes false economy. When that's the case we'll show you photos of exactly why and price a re-roof alongside the repair so you can compare like for like. No pressure either way — it's your roof and your money.

We start with a proper look — from the ground, from a ladder, and with a camera so you can see what we see. You get a fixed written price before any work starts, not an estimate that grows. Most single-issue repairs are done in a morning; we bring matching tiles for common local types and protect gutters, gardens and driveways while we work.
